Magnetic Rotor Suspension / Integrated Frequency Converter

Compact pumps, perfectly suited for use in challenging industrial applications such as coating applications as well as analytics and research.

MAGiNTEGRA pumps are flexible, cost and maintenance efficient with a high resistance and performance.

Accuracy, precision and reliability those are the features of these magnetically-levitated turbomolecular pumps. High pumping speed and gas throughput for faster pump down time improve equipment cycle times. With its fully integrated converter and power supply, conventional rack-mounted controller and interconnecting cables are no longer necessary..

The TURBOVAC turbomolecular vacuum pumps with mechanical rotor suspension are used in the pressure range from 10-1mbar (0.75 x 10-1Torr) to 10-10mbar (0.75 x 10-1Torr). Pumping speeds for air vary from 35 l/s to 2400 l/s. Because of its compact design, the most reliable ceramics ball bearings and the simplicity of operation, this line of pumps is used in all high vacuum and ultrahigh vacuum areas of application.

It involves a mechanical suspension system for the rotor, which enhances the pump's stability and durability. This design reduces vibrations, improves performance reliability, and extends the pump's operational life. It's especially useful in applications requiring high vacuum levels and precise operation, such as in semiconductor manufacturing and scientific research. The mechanical suspension system also minimizes maintenance needs, making the pumps more efficient and cost-effective.
